Open to all college graduates but college students can still join the orientation as long as they don't belong to a red cross council.

The orientation on the 17th is much important because it would tackle about the red cross itself and the activities and trainings. it would also talk about volunteerism.

THE RED CROSS YOUTH PLEDGE
As a Youth Member of the premiere humanitarian organization, I pledge to alleviate human suffering, protect life and dignity, be a responsible citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, and to conform with the objectives and policies of the Philippine National Red Cross. Its seven fundamental principles: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity, Universality; and to be at all times, be in the service for the suffering humanity.

7 FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
Humanity - we serve people but not systems.
Impartiality - we care for everyone without discrimination but we prioritize the most needy.
Neutrality - we take initiatives but never take sides.
Independence - we bow to need but not to any person.
Voluntary Service - we work around the clock but never for personal gain.
Unity - we have many talents but a single idea.
Universality - we respect nations but our work knows no bounds.
