Philippines' Azkals Football Team Members

The Philippine National Football Team (Azkals) is the national football (soccer) team of the Philippines and represents the country in international football. The Philippine Azkals team is controlled by the Philippine Football Federation (PFF), the governing body of football in the Philippines.


Philip James Placer "Phil" Younghusband (born 4 August 1987) is an English–Filipino footballer who plays as a forward. He spent two years unattached between 2008 and 2010 after being released by Chelsea but he continues to be involved with the Philippines national team. (picture below)

Jason Nicolas Maria Dantes de Jong (born 28 February 1990) is a Filipino international footballer who plays as a midfielder and is currently a free agent. Usually a winger, he has since been converted to a defensive midfielder and has been likened to his namesake Nigel de Jong. (picture below)

 Christopher Robert Barbon "Chris" Greatwich (born 30 September 1983) is an English–Filipino footballer who plays for Morris County Colonials and the Philippines national football team. He used to play for Brighton and Hove Albion and was part of their successful FA Youth Cup side in 2002 which lost to eventual winners Aston Villa. (picture below)
