Just recently I saw a CCTV footage about an incident happened in a certain condo in Manila, Philippines where a group of men dragging a boy along the hallway going to the elevator, from which allegedly came from hazing rite of a certain fraternity group which I won't name in this blog! The boy was identified and his name is Guillo Cesar Servando, a sophomore student from De La Salle College of St. Benilde. Servando was severely hurt with bruises and lifeless.Wikipedia defines hazing as "a practice of rituals involving harassment, abuse or humiliation used as a way of initiating a person into a group."
